We can 't launch in Peterborough as the Otanabee River below lock 19 is about 4 feet higher than normal and you can't even see the bouys. Our dock goes in tomorrow so I guess it'll just be a picnic for now.

Hey Joe/Cathy, I saw Patrick with "Our Cottage" Friday in the Cobourg marina. I'm sure you hate to see her go but she looks great and Patrick and family are very excited to be the new owners.
What a shake down cruise! From Cobourg to Montreal, somewhere around 425 kilometers and hopes to do it in 3 days. So much for sight seeing in the Thousand Islands.
Everybody still planning for the '09 Rendezvous?

Terry, thanks for the news about "Patrick's" Cottage. We were wondering how it was and if he had launched yet. Glad to hear it looks good after that awful winter. We will miss the boat as we had it for 10 years and really enjoyed our time on it.
