- Gear rack housing ID
have an Alloy Sports Patrol 38 most likely 1978. I need to replace the steering cables, I have an upper deck and lower deck wheel station. The min & max length will be between 38 & 42 feet cable since it currently have an extra 8 feet loop laying on the floor. I am not sure if I will replace the boat control (wheels and gear rack housing) or only the cables. Any comments on this?
Where can I get the right parts and support for this project?
