This beautifully restored Alcan housecruiser (located on the Rideau, near Ottawa)
is in search of a new caring owner and a re-built engine. Sleeps 4.
Am ready to let her go as is for $3,000 or with a re-built engine for $11,000.

I have a few questions regarding the Alacan 290 you have for sale .
Nice exterior photo , do you have any interior pic's ?
You indicated the a new motor is needed.
Are you running the one motor or the duel motors?
Any idea whats wrong with it?
Reasonable offer ?? -- what price range are you thinking about ?

Hi Allan
This boat runs on a single engine which needs to be re-built at a cost of approx. $6,000.
Worth in the 20Ks in its condition, a reasonable offer depends on your interest and if purchased fixed or as is.
It is a rare boat and a real jewel.
