That's quite the back on that thing, first I've seen anything like that.
One reason we got our Alcan was to get away from all those zippers and canvas.

Motor Yacht?

Motor Yacht?

Hell, if I knew I was buying a Motor Yacht I would have offered the guy more back in 2005.
Cindy gets into fights when they call us a house boat. She corrects them with "House Cruiser". Wait 'till I show her this.

Hi Terry,

Tell Cindy she is right, I hate the name houseboat. Most people think a house on pontoons. We use an even better name, "Family Cruiser". OK OK a rose by any other name but it works for my wife and me.

Happy Cruising

When I recently had to go shopping for a new insurance broker/policy I was having trouble finding someone interested in a 35 year old housecruiser . . . . . so, one broker said "describe her to me" . . . . and I said "V hull, twin engines, built in generator, steering station and flybridge forward, main cabin side door and so on". He said "well now . . . that's called a Trawler". I said "OK" . . sent him a picture and a survey . . and got my insurance.
