Folks

I am tuning up the Photo Gallery in the hopes of getting more people submitting pictures. I figured the best thing was to attempt to figure it out myself. to that end, I have uploaded the pictures from the 2008 Alcan Boat St. Lawrence Rendezvous into an album. Check it out at http://www.alcanboats.com/Photo/thumbnails.php?album=15. If you have pictures to upload, I would love to see them. Here is the basic process

1) Register as a use of the photo gallery http://www.alcanboats.com/Photo/register.php
2) Login and create an album http://www.alcanboats.com/Photo/albmgr.php
3) Upload pictures http://www.alcanboats.com/Photo/upload.php
4) *IMPORTANT* After the pictures have uploaded, follow the instructions to place them into albums

Steps 1 to 3 are relatively intuitive, step 4 is not, but it is the most important step.

The photo gallery software supplied by the hosting provider is pretty good, but it has some limitations, including the non-intuitive step 4. If I can not make it work better, I may replace it. I would appreciate if any of the active viewers would take the opportunity to try it out. Barring your willingness to experiment, please at least look at the pictures from the 2008 Rendezvous. Lost of good stuff here http://www.alcanboats.com/Photo/thumbnails.php?album=15

Thanks for this Gallery, great way of sharing some of our pics. We will work on sharing our photos from the beginning to where we are now with refitting our "LIMITLESS"
Stay tuned for how she will look for this summer. Looking forward to the journey up the North Channel.

Barb & Dan:

The work that you are doing on Limitless looks amazing !
Completely re-thinking the entire interior layout . . . . .
I am not (yet) a Facebook user, but my wife was showing me the additional pictures loaded there.
I like the title of your first album on this website . . . . in the beginning . . . . .
Is there any chance that you could describe the why and the how of your re-design, to go along with the pictures?
This would be the makings of an great article for the Technical Section on this site.
I am intrigued by the forward cabin and the stairs/hatch directly to the upper deck.
Where did the head go in your new layout ?
Thanks for sharing the many pictures from your project.

Thanks for your interest and kind comments. We have taken a very out of the box approach with limitless. We are new to the web site and are just getting acclimated to her software. We will post with full descriptions as we get comfortable on the inside. We appreciate your previously posted articles on " Catherine Ann " It is so obvious that being an "Alconite" is an exclusive and elite group.
Those that love these boats really love them and the boating lifestyle they offer.
