Editor’s note – I, personally do not recommend placing any weight on the thin keel plate that runs about 2/3 of the length of the boat.  My own advice would be to eliminate the two midship, centre-line blocks in the drawing above, leaving the weight supported mostly on the chines.  The for and aft centre-line blocks are quite acceptable as they will be off of the small keel plate and provide useful support against swaying. The 4x4s are NOT loosely piled They are screwed together and have been         reused like this for 15 years
