I was discussing one day the merits of the Alwest cabin layout and looking to make some changes. Of course every time I thought of something I wanted to change I realized that changing one thing would require changing something else. To help with the task I took a line drawing from one of the brochures and imported it into PowerPoint. I then overlayed the line drawing with PowerPoint drawing objects to give me a cleaner picture that I could modify. I overlayed this with a grid that is in 1 foot increments. This resulted in a picture that when printed out can be used to sketch your own thoughts and see how things will work.
