I currently live on this Alcan 30'. Somebody rebuilt and rearranged the interior in teak probably during the 70's or 80's. They did it with living aboard in mind and did a very nice job. It could use some refinishing here & there, but as with any old boat, there are always plenty of projects. I have added VHF, radar, and chartplotter for ocean use. Future plans call for an aluminum swim platform in back.
